Santiago Cortés
Santiago Cortes is an executive with more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and advertising industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. He began his career at Televisa, over the course of 7 years he held management positions in various divisions of the Commercial and Marketing areas.
Later, he held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at Xaxis, where his knowledge of the market allowed him to excel in the design of strategies and creativity in digital campaigns. In 2019, he consolidated his experience at Spotify, where he served as Head of Automation Latam and oversaw the commercial strategy, as well as the optimization of the programmatic offer in Mexico and Brazil.
In 2021, Santiago joins Samsung's new advertising division in Mexico, Samsung Ads, under the position of Head of Sales. His goal is to lead the strategy to transform and scale the Samsung Ads business in Mexico.
