Sergio Gómez Villarreal

Graduated with honors from the School of Communication Sciences at La Salle Laguna University, he is the host of entertainment and news programs on CANAL 6. Currently, he hosts La Bola del 6 and Las Rapiditas.

He has hosted television news programs for MILENIO and different Multimedios Newscasts in the Lagunera Region, Monterrey, Saltillo and Mexico City.

He has produced investigative reports for newspapers and magazines in the north of the country.

Columnist, cartoonist and editor on MILENIO's digital and print platforms.

As a university and high school teacher, he has taught subjects in Literature and Writing as well as Sociology, Economics and the Research Seminar on Principles of Governance.

He is the author of the book Lupe Salazar: Cardenche Star de Sapioriz.

Winner of the 2009 Coahuila State Journalism Award. Advisor to two works that won the "Entretodos-Peñoles" National University Journalism Award in different editions.

He has participated as a playwright, director and actor in theatrical works, some of them related to journalism.
