Lorenza Lanz

Lorenza Lanz is the founder and president of Mujeres en Tech (MET), the largest organization for women in technology in Mexico. MET brings together women with diverse specializations in the tech sector, aiming to promote women's inclusion through connections, mentorship, and research. The organization encompasses the entire technology ecosystem, including engineers, cybersecurity experts, business development professionals, public relations, sales, journalism, law, marketing, and recruitment. Currently, it has over 500 active members and has impacted more than 3,000 women, establishing itself as a leader in the fight against the gender gap in technology in Mexico. Additionally, she serves as the Marketing Director at Stripe, a financial technology company that provides infrastructure for businesses to accept payments, increase revenue, manage finances, and accelerate new business models.
