He is the CEO of Altazor Intelligence and a founding partner of Tridente Aceleradora.
He holds a Ph.D. cum laude in Journalism and Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where he was awarded the Extraordinary Doctorate Award for his research contributions. He graduated with honors from the Master's program in Communication at UIA and holds a bachelor's degree in Social Communication from UAM-X, his alma mater, where he received the University Merit Medal and, in 2023, an award recognizing his professional achievements.
For the past 27 years, he has been a passionate specialist in market and public opinion research, which has allowed him to help brands, media outlets, and institutions connect with their consumers and audiences across industries such as television, film, dairy, beer, agrochemicals, insurance, food, cosmetics, hygiene, politics, and elections.
In 2019, he was elected President of AMAI (Mexican Association of Market Intelligence and Public Opinion Agencies) and joined the EFFIE-Mexico Advisory Council that same year. From 2020 to 2022, he served as President of the AVE (Alliance for Strategic Brand Value) Board of Directors.
An adventurer at heart, he was recognized in 2021 and 2022 as one of the 250 "Changemakers" in the global market research and intelligence industry (#Insights250).
He is a proud professor in the Communication Department at IBERO, as well as a coordinator of communication hubs for the National Electoral Institute and Universidad Iberoamericana. He also serves as a narrative analyst on Foro TV, Radar IBERO 90.9, and Market Minds on Radio Fórmula.
And if that were not enough, he is a notable wine and mezcal producer, with *Mar de Fondo* wine from Valle de Guadalupe and the *Sin tu querer* and *Con tu Cariño* mezcals from Oaxaca.
