Throughout his career, Omar has worked in various fields such as Digital Strategy, Market Research, and Project Management. He holds a Master’s degree in CRM, Marketing, and Commercial Management and has been dedicated to building high-performance teams in Latin America. With over 18 years of experience at IPG Mediabrands, he has managed both global and local clients across diverse industries, including retail, CPG, finance, and telecommunications. In Peru, he led UM, positioning it as a top-ranked agency according to RECMA, and spearheaded New Business projects. He was involved in the transformation known as the High-Performance Team, which restructured the buying team and significantly improved business dynamics and SRS reductions.

Thanks to his leadership, revenue grew by more than 50%, reversing a 25% loss trend and achieving positive profitability through product diversification and commercial acceleration. Since his move to Mexico in 2022, he improved RECMA’s customer service evaluation by 8% and acquired clients such as H&M, Activision, Glaxo, Emirates, Tinder, Tequila Don Ramón, KSK, Crunchyroll, and Betson. His dedication to the professional and personal development of his teams has been complete, fostering healthy and inclusive work environments.
