Has over 17 years of experience in the Penitentiary System and crisis management. She holds a degree in Psychology, specializing in criminology and criminal policy, and has worked in various organizations related to the protection of children and adolescents. She has also been a True Crime consultant and executive producer for an Amazon series. Additionally, she is a columnist, author of five books, and currently hosts a podcast aimed at humanizing incarcerated individuals. She is part of the Technical Committee of FUNO and leads an initiative to assist victims of Hurricane OTIS.
