Karla Berman

Karla has fifteen years in the technology industry. Expert in sales, marketing and digital transformation. She is involved with the entrepreneurial ecosystem as a mentor, venture capitalist, angel investor and member of boards of directors. She is a board member of Endeavor Mx and Harvard Business School.
She was the Chief Operating Officer of Softbank in Mexico, where she advised most of the unicorns in the region. She was the first woman to lead the company's operations in a Latin American country, and was also commercial director at Google, where she collaborated in digital transformation processes in the largest companies in the region.
She is a speaker on innovation, user experience, entrepreneurship, diversity and gender issues in national and international forums.
He has studies in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mom of five daughters and tries to never go to sleep without walking at least 10,000 steps.
